Cancellation Policy:
- The cancellation of wellness plan is valid within 7 days of subscription.
- To cancel your subscription of your plan , please contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe.
- Cancellations requested after the 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
- Once a cancellation request is received and processed within the stipulated timeframe, your plan subscription will be terminated, and access to V4Health plan services will cease.
- Please note that one time service appointments are non-refundable .
Refund Process:
- Upon cancellation within the specified timeframe, the refund process will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the subscription.
- Please note that one time service appointments are non-refundable . Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Policy Updates:
- V4Health reserves the right to update or modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
- Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the V4Health website.
